My Platform

UiB and HVL wanted a shared course platform — but one that still felt like both universities, not a generic third brand. Students needed to filter dozens of courses by field, level, difficulty, and language to find the right fit.

Built a shared design system first — typography, color, and components that could carry both institutions' identity — then designed the course list and detail pages in Figma before coding them in static HTML and CSS.

Reviews are split by student type — university students vs. external participants — because their needs (ECTS credit vs. a certificate) are different, and their feedback shouldn't be mixed into one generic score.

A working prototype: a filterable course catalog and detail pages with participation stats and categorized reviews, built end-to-end from design system to static site.
